How To Use
Massage a thin layer over tight and tense areas. Breathe deeply as your body begins to loosen and relax. Use every 4 hours as desired. For a deeper warmth, follow up with a warm compress or a hot water bottle wrapped in a handtowel. Avoid contact with ears and eyes. For external use only.
